For women out there! How rare is TSS?

Okay I want to try using tampons, because Im tired of pads. And I want to know how exceptional TSS is, because of TSS Im scared to try tampons, but i really want to use it!

TSS (toxic shock syndrom) happens when one germs (staphylococcus aureus) produces some types of toxin in a high size to give you TSS. this usually happen only when you hold the same tampon for a long time. if you amend them oftenly, there is no problem to it.

TSS is extremely dying out, but extremely severe, but that is no basis to stick to pads for the rest of your go. It's a bit stupid to turn down swimming every month now isn't it? But dont verbs hunny, I have used tampons previously and they are fine, just remember not to check out of them in for more than 8 hours and you will be fine.
