My sister is not getting her period, took pregnancy tests but were negative?

My sister is 28 years old, married near one daughter and last month, she get her period on the 4th of March. She still have not gotten her period, and it is already the 8th of April. She would any receive it on the 2nd or the 6th. She took 3 pregnancy tests and adjectives three said a negative. What is going on?

you count 28 days from her end day of her extent in March
specifically when she should start again=what's going on is she may have miscalculated=count the days again to be sure
if the testing is negative don, worry=if it hasn't come soon later make an appt. near the Dr
