Because you're over 18 you shouldn't need a parents consent or anything. But, w/o insurance it can get hold of costly. I would advise you to chitchat to your mom or use another form of protection. But, remember these are not foolproof against getting pregnant or against STD- the only road to avoid these is abstinence.
