I enjoy used the Diva cup for the past year and I really LOVE IT. I will never go hindmost to using tampons or pads.
It's a bit hard to obtain used to at first, but the directions are easy to follow and it's flowing to tell if you own it positioned right.

You can swim, sleep, workout, etc with the cup contained by. I have a mid-heavy flow and some days I can put it surrounded by the morning and never have to relocate it until I go to bed.

The singular downside of the cup is "emptying it" during the time. It can get messy and it's best if you are close a sink so you can wash your cup out. If you aren't, you merely wipe it down as best you can. I try and use single stalls with sinks or single bathrooms.

I haven't tried the curator or moon, but I always hear rave reviews almost the Diva cup. I bought mine at a health store for $35 Canadian. Tell your friend it is surely WORTH IT!

Question for women who shave pubic hair.?

There is one call Instead...I used it for a while, it works great. Its kinda gross when you have to pocket it out, thats why i stopped. Best of Luck

What are the pros and cons of birth contol?

I started using "INSTEAD" about nine years ago. First try as near any product is always acward so my addvice is be at home incase you don't put it in properly. you should never surface any pain. In reality you shouldn't even know it's there if it leak it's in wrong. you can wear it up to 12 hours 10 on a chunky flow I will never use a tampon again. And as for pads if it wern't for restore your health time after having a child or a miscarage I would own never used those again either. Down fall over is until you learn them it can be a bit messy. Carry some personal wipe .Playtex sell some well-mannered ones.

Should I have told him I WAS pregnant?

As others own mentioned, Insteads can be a good transition step between traditional menstrual products and reusable menstrual cups. They do, resembling other menstrual cups, tend to have a bit of a research curve, and, in my experience, they're even a bit more difficult to use than are reusable cups. They can, however, assist women to be more comfortable with processes resembling reaching into their vaginas and coming into direct contact with their menstrual fluids.

In jargon of reusable cups, I currently own both a Diva Cup and a Mooncup (the one made in the UK). While I prefer my Mooncup to my Diva Cup, I'd truly recommend the Diva Cup to others. This is because my Mooncup preferences are kind of trivial and personal to me; I approaching its length and its shape a little better than I resembling the Diva's.

However, the Diva Cup manufacturers hold a far better exchange/return policy. If purchased directly from them, the company will exchange the product (if it's the wrong size) or refund the purchase price (if it purely isn't working out) for a full 12 months after purchase. Since any menstrual cup can be a pretty substantial investment -- around $35 US -- it's kind of nice to know you can carry that money back if indispensable. Less of a gamble that path.
