5 year old with a thyroid disorder?
I took my 5 year old to the doctor 2 weeks ago because she have a fever that kept popping up and be extremely tired, the doctor tested her for strep, flu, UTI, and mono..turns out it was a UTI. I took her contained by yesterday and the doc said she wanted to tryout her thyroid that it could be part of the judgment shes always so tired. They said the experiment wont be back for a week. What would it anticipate if she did have an underactive thyroid, I know that it does run surrounded by my family but I dont know anything nearly it. Id appreciate any advice. Thanks
