I know that it has to do beside basal body temperatures and stuff. But I'm asking, who have actually done it? Do you own complete confidence in it, or do you also use a lesser method of birth control along with it (i.e. condoms)? I would close to to try it but I think I would a moment ago be worried all the time that I would win pregnant (I am unmarried).

You very economically should be worried about trying Fertility Awareness methods! They are NOT reliable at adjectives. The average is 28 "unplanned" pregnancies a year for every 100 couples who use this method exclusively. That is NOT a good average if you ask me! That's nearly 1 surrounded by 3 failure rate!
