Theres no instrument to completely stop it unless you get a hysterectomy, and if you ever want to own kids that is out of the query. But what i've done for years is take birth control pills for three to four months continuosly lacking taking the placibo week, and I only seize my period every three to four months.

why do you want to stop your time of year? would you just be looking to stop it or put it of for a specific occation or something?

the one and only thing i could deem of would be for you to go on the pill. pne of my friends have been on a positive kind of pill that funds she doesnt have her spell coz she had some obnoxious reactions to the other kind. but it made her feel horrible and unnatural though coz she could never inform if it was working or not ! move about to the doctor and ask coz the only style you can alter your cycle is by going on the contraceptive pill.
