To the women of thw world: Health Question?

I have be feeling: Sluggish, drained, body ache, 20 lb weight gain, irritable and I don't over get through at all - I brisk walk 2 miles on a treadmil 3 + times a week at an incline of 10 and still can't lose freight. I eat deeply little carbs. I've been told my "thyroid" is fine...Is anyone up to date with "Sluggish Thyroid"?

It might comfort you alot even if you do have a thyroid issue.
