Is this normal during menstrual cycles? (Please read)?
My past 3 cycles own been pure hell. I've have major cramps, headache, vomiting, and diarrhea. They have also have a very heavily built flow.
I was wondering if anyone can grant me some advice around what direction I should go. Should I aim a doctor's help or are in attendance natural remedies for menstrual misery?

Endometriosis has some/ most of those symptoms.
That is not a conventional symptoms of a menstrual cycle.
ALSO! do not wait... endometriosis can take worse and prevent you from being competent to have kids. It cause scar tissue.

What you are experiencing is not average and you need to see your dr to evaluate what could be cause this one. Possible thing that could be cause this is endometriosis. I would seek your doctors lend a hand. There could be more to it then only a period. Things resembling endometriosis can cause desperate cramps and heavy bleeding. There are a little factors that it could relate to or it could merely be or hormones but because it's been going on for a few months I would go speak to your doctor
