Nipple discharge?

This morning, the area around my nipples looked sort of unnatural, almost swollen - although I can't really tell if it is certainly swollen - it just looked different.

When I squeezed my nipples, a few drops of a clearish/milky looking discharge come out.
I have never have sex, so I know I'm not pregnant. But I am on birth control (Seasonale) for reasons unrelated to contraception, and merely finished my period (7 days of non-hormonal pills), and am give or take a few to start a new pack today.

Can someone please narrate me what may be going on with my body? I'm 19 years out-of-date and feel approaching this isn't normal, but also resembling I shouldn't be having any problems at this age. What are some possible cause of nipple discharge, and is it anything to worry more or less?
Thanks.

Am I taking too much Advil/Ibuprofen because of painful period caused by my IUD?

it's probably newly a side effect from the hormones in the pill. Women can lactate even when they aren't pregnant and own never had a toddler. If the swelling becomes worse or is red and tender pls go to the doc asap. also don't delay to call your doctor or pharmasist near any concerns regarding meds, thats what they are here for:)

My breast own been sore for almost 2 weeks now.?

its probably a side effect from the birth control . turn upside down up the birth contro and put side effects good luck near that!:)
