am i suffering from anemia?

i have be feeling shaky recently beside insommia and keep have giddy spells,naesea,rapid heartbeat and shortness of breath..

hi there. i be anemic for a while and didnt have any of those symptoms except for sensation week. I felt tired fairly often and be usually very cold..you may enjoy it but on a different level. i'm not sure giddy spells own something to do with it though. lol although that would be amusing to see! lol no but really..you ought to check out what your doctor think he can do for you..at least conceivably he could fix the insomnia problem for you. good luck hun!
