Food Poisoning? Flu? Stomach Flu?

Well yesterday night i have taco bell.
then this morning i get up to go to the dentist and my stomach feel really sour/gassy.

now i enjoy these symptoms/ Chills/Aches/Not Diarea "spell check" but often bowl movements so far today 6. and tiredness no energy

food poisining happens give or take a few 10 hours after you ate the bad food. it is probably the flu.

It could be any of the above.. the systems of food poisioning and gastro are recurrently the same (well for me it is) in recent times remember to keep your fluids up and if things go and get worse go see a doctor

It could be food poisoning. If so, it should disappear quickly. If it's the flu, later it will last longer.

I've simply had food poisoning once that I can really evoke. It wasn't pretty, but it didn't last long.
