Oh that's awful, she shouldn't feel that path about it! Having tiny, artifically cut, symmetrical labia is so adjectives in porn in this day and age and I just surmise it looks horrible. But if she has self-esteem issues that powerful I'd be worried that if she get the surgery her disillusionment would just move to another body slice.
