Problem W/Period?

I am 22 years old and my first problem is my term is never on time and when i acquire it I pass approaching big chunks of blood. I can actually surface it sliding out. Its very distasteful and after i pass one the blood is liquid. I never had this arise till I had a miscarriage June of second year. Some people I enjoy asked said that they pass clots and its usual but to me this just doesn't seem to be normal. I am newly want ya'll input.
