PMS and being moody :(?
The week before my interval I get really bummed out, sometimes for a time edgy and little things start to bother me alot. I don't like premonition like this. Any at home remedies or ways to combat PMS symptoms? Thanks for your abet!!

It may be tough, but it will work. Do other things. Go to the movies, hang out next to friends, do something. The less you cogitate about it, the smaller amount it will bother you. Plus, doing things you like will put you within a good mood.
