Complications after D&C?
I had a miscarraige surrounded by Novemember which required a D&C to remove the dead fetus at 10weeks-fetus stopped growing at 6weeks, found out thru first ultra nouns. Now several months later go on pill and having break thru bleeding, endorsement of clots and tissue. Have a doctor's appointment in the morning should I be worried?

Its been several months since your D&C. If in that was going to be any sort of complication, it would probably hold occurred inside the first 2 weeks (infection is the most often reported complication).
Being on the pill can grounds hormonal upset (hence the breakthrough bleeding). It can also cause excess bleeding and possible clotting.
If the doctor checks you out and give you a clean bill of strength, consider changing your pill...especially if you're on a tri-phasic (like Tri-Cyclen). Mono-phasics own a lower incidence of side effects such as breakthough bleeding and heavy period.

Most feasible, this has zilch to do with the D&C and is not a complication of it unless you still hold tissue left inside which I outstandingly doubt at this point. This is more likely due to the pill. discuss it next to your doctor
