Anyone know about post void residual (PVR) with ultrasounds?

I have be seeing my doctor because i have be having frequent urination (but individual small amount) and urinary leakage. I am with the sole purpose 22 years old. The doc treated me for a uti. I have to have 2 courses of antibiotics. After the first set the urine preview didnt show infection but i was still treated a second time beside antibiotics. My doc ordered a bladder ulrasound and PVR post void residual. an hour in the past my apointmnet i was told to drink 1 L of hose. after the ultrasound went to the washroom after had the pvr done to see how much river i retained. technician was rude to me and said is that adjectives you could void, you didnt even clear your bladder but that is the problem that i am have is thatI go to the washroom frequently but i solely void small amounts.

is it suitable that I was solitary able to invalid a small amount of urine for PVR? Not that its good to retain urine but are my PVR results consistent beside showing that i only null and void small amounts? is the treatment for incomplete bladder emptying

Post Void method after voiding or after peeing. So the test is to device what you are still retaining after you empty your bladder. So yes you want to unfilled as much as you can, but that is what the interview is for.

What they found out with me is that I own a small pouch in my bladder and it still holds a definite amount of urine after I void.
