Sharp pain in left breast?

I have have a sharp pain within my left breast on and past its sell-by date for about a week immediately. It can be right under the breast where on earth the bra sits or in the breast itself. I go to a doctor who checked for lumps/other visible issues but she did not really report to me what is causing it. It go to my back, and sometimes it hurts more when I pinch deep breaths. I am not on my term. Any idea what this could be?
