My left breast has been sore lately, should i be concerned?

My left breast have a sore area on the side that ache and hurts to be touched. Not excruciating pain, but discomfort. I don't really consistency any lumps there. I am 29 yrs frail, had a infant 2 yrs ago, am not on bc. If anybody else has any guidance it would help. There is a history of breast cancer contained by my family.

The doctor found a lump within my left breast, have mammogram, but I prayed and then read Psalm 57 everyday seven times for over a year. No cancer, no lump.
Totally gone. The doctor said so.
I'm not adage it will work for you, but it did for me.
