I get this unexpected feeling somewhere down within, it sorta feels resembling its like bubbles or something comin up thru the tubes, consequently again I am not sure if it is that or in the intestines.. what could that be? any ideas?

It is probably lower GI gas if it's that low in your belly.
Maybe you could use some Mylicon or Beano, and see if it help.
If not, I'd see my Dr. to make sure adjectives is well.
