What can I do about these serious mood swings due to PMS?

They get so bleak that I quit my job that I worked at for two years as a director. Biggest mistake of my life. Among other crazy things I own done that Id rather not share.

Look at your stress level the more stressed you are the worse your moods are going to be, I take Premysn it help all the effects of PMS. If that don't work i would consider going to a doctor possibly getting on birth control not to protect from having kid but to quiet down your moods.

I had bleak PMS too and the doctor put me on Sarafem, it is great even has some cheek pills in it I suggest! I know it has help me alot,. with pains and the mood swings.
