Excersise! FLAT ABS!?

If I ride my bike or walk nearly 1 -2 miles everyday. With 50 crunches twice a day. Will that help me win a flat stomach? I would prefer to have a flat stomach by the middle of May? Am I person to unrealistic?

It might assistance a little bit but I would recommend conversation with your dr more or less this as well to see what they focus. Also, a healthy diet will also abet with some of the immensity loss. Your dr can also give you some thinking on this as well.
