Abdominal pain??

For 2 days now, I hold had a dull throb contained by my right lower abdomen next-door to my naval. I had this a year ago and the doc said I be dehydrated, but a latter ultrasound showed 11 ovarian cysts. I had a DNC 2 months ago, so does anyone enjoy any ideas? I am not trying to replace my doc w/ you guys, only trying to figure out what is going on!
