im 1 week late.no method could be pregnant.wat could be the reasons really worried

All sorts of things can hold an affect on your period really - if you've lately come off the pill, diet, stress level etc. It also depends how old you are too as women normally find it hard to predict their cycle at the instigation and end of their menstruating years.
If you're totally positive you aren't pregnant afterwards the best thing to do is to try and relax - the more you verbs, the later it will be and period can sometimes be missed for no discernible reason at adjectives. If you miss too months in a row, after perhaps be in motion along to your doctor to check all is in good health. I wouldn't worry only yet though - sounds faultlessly normal to me.
