Endometrium is the facing of the uterus.
Periovulatory is the stage right after you're done with your PMS, the actual first stage out of 4 within your menstrual cycle.

You can probably connect the 2 together from where you hear it from.

So "periovulatory endometrium" is thick from over a week's growth but doesn't however show the developmental influence of progesterone.
