I have horrible leg pain at hours of darkness...in both legs they feel worn out and i tend to move them around to try to sleep. I don't know if this is RLS or something because of my birth control pill? I steal OTC low and have been on it for 2 years immediately. I also have been running on the track only just but the pain is not like "soreness" it's individual in my calves (so the knee down) NOT my knees or my feet
