Your metabolism probably slowed down. Mine did also around the time I turned 22. A size 29 is still pretty small, I wear the same size which is in general a 4 or a 6 in dresses...that's partially the size of an average american woman (which is 12). It does not sound resembling you are unhealthy or overweight. You can gain a couple of inches from copious factors close to your hormones, diet, stress, taking the pill, not getting enough sleep and abundant more reasons. If you're worried nearly it get more moving, it's almost summertime so it'll be easier.

A few tips I stick to easily (I'm not polite at strict dieting or excercise either), I usually park far away from the entrance to wherever I walk, plus I live on the 3rd floor of my building and always run the stairs running instead of the elevator. Always eat breakfast and try to avoid carbs after 8pm. The more wet you drink, the less you'll retain so you'll be aware of skinnier and jeans will fit looser because your stomach is flatter. Get good sleep at darkness and try to relax as much as you can in between stressful moments.

What could be the reason of having bladder problem(having to shift very often) at the age of 30 (no children).?

A size 29? I estimate you are 225-250 lbs. You should tweaking your eating conduct and start excercising.
