Does going on the pill make you gain weight?
I really want to start taking it because it will relieve menstrual pain etc. and also capture hormones under control and consequently help my skin to poised down. Of course I would see a doctor before I started taking it, but I'm really worried that I would start attainment weight. Is this true?
Answers:
it could work any way. Your could gain bulk or lose it. but i gained some solidity...just depends on how you body responds.
Many women on the pill do gain a few pounds in substance from retention of water.
i think the average counterbalance gain is between 3 and 5 pounds.
I want to know the same!! I hear it's different for everyone and most feasible you should not gain weight, but you never know. I am going on it tomorrow for the first time. Am looking forward to the side effeect of clearing up skin, though!
I go on the pill for the same grounds, I didn't gain any weight. But consequently again not everyone's metabolism is the same. But you could other ask your doctor, ask what the side effects are.
depends upon how outdated and active you are. deeply of women do gain weight. but its jammy weight to loose after your body adjust to the pill.
i was a teen when i started pills, i be very athletic. i didn't enjoy a huge weight gain but a small one, give or take a few 10#s. i actually put m ore substance on after i stopped taking the pill. of course, i'm 35 very soon and a lot smaller amount active.
upright luck
The Pill will not make you gain shipment, but it will make you bloated and will accessible your appetite a little more for the first few months, because your body is adapt itself to the hormones. Just watch what you munch through, and you'll be fine.
Um, the pills made today own so much LESS hormones in them. In 1970, you could expect to incorporate on 15 pounds. The ones I took 7 years ago put on only 5. The ortho-low pills (the lower hormone ones, they in recent times came out almost 3 years ago) will probably put even less immensity on, if any at all. But beside less hormones comes more risk of pregnancy :) So produce sure you follow the pill schedule vigilantly. By the way, the "pill-cures acne" entry and the "pill controls cysts" thing is a myth. My skin be still bad, and my friend still get her cysts, even though that's why she's on them. It's all pharmaceutical marketing.
yeah it is for some women , some folks gian weight and some don't it really depends on u and how ur body is
