I be diagnosed 2 years ago with a genetic form of hyperlipidemia. my cholesterol be 339!

first you need to enjoy a blood test and find out if it is genetic or not. for me I could chomp through healthy and exercise adjectives my life and my cholesterol would still be elevated.

if it itsnt genetic, I was told by my doctor to guzzle as healthy as possible. cut out adjectives processed foods. eat leaner cuts of meat and bump up my fiber. He also said to exercise day by day, even if it means of late to walk around the block.

after two years of ingestion healthy and exercising and taking lipitor my plane is down to 177. for me it will be a lifetime struggle.
