im 14 years old and when i insert a tampon, it hurts when i sit down or bend over, am i doing it right? i insert it towards my lower pay for and push it quite far surrounded by, but im still not sure if i doing it right, what could be the problem?

you shouldnt be able to perceive it so try pushing it in a little more and dont use one designed for indigestible flow if you're light coz it doesnt propose you can keep it contained by for longer or anything it will just hurt you more surrounded by the end so find one that suits your flow.

sounds like you are doing it wrong - it shouldnt hurt possibly you are using one for heavier periods try a lighter one
