Have you be a lot more alive? That could make you more hungry. Is your time getting ready to start? Are you really upset or faint-hearted? Are you pregnant?
Any of these things could cause what you are describing.

Very poor diet, you should talk near your doctor about this it is not devout for your health. I aspiration I had that problem. I love my food too much though.
try intake in small portions during intervals of the year...say something approaching grapes or an apple see a doctor and tell your parents or who ever is next to you
