For nursing moms.?
Once in awhile (I'd read aloud about once every few weeks or so) one of my breasts (usually the right one, as it is the one my babe favors and which makes more milk) get sore to the touch and I'll periodically feel a dull twinge inside--not like the reaction of let-down; this actually hurts for a few second, then go away. Do any of you experience this? What could it be, and how do I stop it? Thx. :)

Keep an eye on it, it could just be a blocked milk duct, subsequent time baby nurture's from that side just press the lump while the baby is suckin to draw from the lump out. If you start to feel unwell or enjoy flu like symtoms it could be a infecton call Mastitis, this is very sore, you will also get a red lump on the infested breast and it will touch hot to touch. It is fine to carry on breast feed but you will need anti biotics to sort out the problem. The joy of brest feeding.

yes dear its a common entry,when sometimes the baby doesnt drink milk from one breast its get lumped so take shower next to warm sea massage ur breast and do not stop feed ur baby within any case..
