Not being competent to sleep is just awful! TRY clear your lead.picture a big blank grey wall .nothing else consequently go through (mentally) & relax every muscle from your toes all the agency up, one section at a time adjectives the way to your fingertips afterwards back up & to the top of your team leader.
A girl scout leader talk a group of us through this in military camp one year & I've been doing it since consequently (more years than I will admit) & SOMETIMES it works like a charm.
