Lower back pain from epidural shot?

Does anyone know of a medication over the counter for lower back cramp due to epidural*(the show you are given in you spine for torment due to contractions before giving birth). I enjoy two kids and both time have have the shot. The doctor always told me it would exact lower back niggle and boy does it. Advil, bayer i have tried any other suggestions.
