I exercise faithfully and when I do not lose weight I sabotage my diet.?

I walk 5 to 6 miles 4 or 5 times a week. I use mitt weights two times a week. I jump rope, I do sit ups I spring to aerobic music I try to mix it all up. I love sweets and I can't come across to get a fiddle with on my weight. HELP!
