why isn't exersise helping me lose weight?

I'm about 40 lbs overweight. I've be watching my diet and started exersising an hour a day a month ago. I enjoy only lost 8lbs. and can't perceive any difference in the method my clothes fit.My exersise of choice is Tae Bo. What am I doing wrong? should I keep it up and soon I'll notice achange? I'm purely getting frustrated. Some input please!

Sounds like you are losing overweight mass but gaining muscle mass. Just get sure you are giving your all during the exercise routines, no distress no gain, and your weight will eventually drop.

You can make a big difference by watching your diet.

for example:

guzzle breakfast -- always

watch your brackish intake.especially the salt content of snacks

put away at the right times.not too little that you'll crave the in between meal, not too much that you'll stretch out your stomach.

watch your sugar intake. lessen the sugar in what ever you drink (sodas, coffee). it may tang bland at first, but as you get used to it--it won't be so.

try not to put away too late at dark.try to stop eating anything by 8:30 at dark and see if that makes a difference

tae bo is a well-mannered exercise if you do it correctly with the right intensity (if you're sweating, you're doing it right)

If you are truly doing moderate cardio exercise for 1 hour every day, later I would try adding some resistance training (use free weights) 3 times a week to your cardio workouts.

Then, look to your diet as the culprit. First, you hold to eat plenty calories to lose weight! Make sure you go and get at least 1,200 calories per sunshine. Aim for 1,400 daily.

Next, your diet should consist of lean protein, complete grains, fruits & vegetables. Eating 1,400 calories of rime cream per day and nought else won't do your body a bit of good!

Well, you can’t expect to lose like 2 pant sizes inside a month. It takes time to in fact see results.

I also am overweight and I been going to the gym 4 days out of the week, working out over 2 hours, close to 3 hours every time I’m in the gym. I also examine what I eat, I don’t starve myself or anything similar to that, but I cut out soda, most of fast foods, I still move about out and it every one day out of two weeks though.

Anyways, I enjoy not yet see result myself, but I’m waiting for 3 months of exercise and dieting, and if then I don’t see results, later sometimes is wrong. I know how you feel, you are hitting yourself with exercising and dieting and you’re pretty much massacre yourself to see results, which I’m doing as well. I bring back frustrated every now and consequently, ‘cause I want to see actual results, but I have to linger and just hang on to doing what I’m doing and you should do the same. In do time you will be seeing some results but for immediately, it’s going to seem approaching you’re just working out lacking actually helping out your body.

This is what I do, and I hold yet to see results hah.

I do 40+ minutes on the egg-shaped, then nearly an one hour and 30 minutes of weights, well, machines that facilitate some of your body parts. Then, I go surrounded by to a sauna for 15 minutes or so. I been doing this for close to a month in a minute, and I have not see any results yet, which really, really sucks, but I know that I enjoy keep on doing what I’m doing for months to come.

I enjoy had a similar problem, and I believe that although you are exercising you might want to reevaluate your diet. try cutting out foods beside excess sugar, and increasing your veggies and fruits. also, make sure your aspiration for losing weight is credible. If you are trying to lose 40 lbs your goal should span over a year spell or more, otherwise you might gain it all final anyway! good luck!
