Stomach cramp OTC medicines?

I get really unpromising menstral cramps and I've tried Midol but it doesn't seem to cut it. Is in attendance anything out there to be exact over the counter that can get rid of my cramps promptly?

Aleve and ThermaCare and IcyHot
Aleve is Naproxem Sodium drug, ThermaCare is a warmth patch not sticky or anything it is like a mini bake pad no plug within, and IcyHot is a creme that smells but it works.

Have you tried Maximum strength Midol? That always works for me, but sometimes, when I'm surrounded by the beginning of my spell and the cramps are really bad, it take two doses before it starts to work (not taken at equal time, mind you, taken when you're supposed to take them, with time within between). But believe it or not try going for a walk. I hold no idea why, but it certainly works. I've also heard of using a heat pad on your tummy. and nearby's always Advil or ibuprofin, that stuff other works.
