PMS Mood Swings?

Can anyone give me some tips on preventing these big PMS mood swings? I never used to enjoy this problem and have notice this getting worse over the last few months. Also, does anyone know why this might amendment suddently?

Your body will money and change and modify because you are getting older and EVERYthing change. Sorry, kiddo, but that's a fact of natural life.
As for treatment, I've read a number of reports just now that claim that an increase in regular (as in daily) dairy-product intake (milk, yogurt, etc) will help cut back on the signs of PMS.
Other than that, there are homeopathic treatments (look for Hyland's Brand products) available surrounded by your local health food store (or online) that claim to help out.
I use their PMS Reliever; it helps cramps for me, but doesn't do much for mood swings - but afterwards again, everyone is different. Give it a try - the worst that will happen is you'll be out a couple of bucks.

Does rape motive promiscuity?

A drop in horomones at the establishment of or just earlier your period could be cause mood swings. You could try things like exercise, able-bodied diet, relaxation techniques, evening primrose grease or antidepressants or hormonal birth control pills.

Should i worry??

The best point that you can do is talk beside your doctor and let him know what is going on. In the niggardly time eat okay, exercise and get ample sleep. You may also want to minimize stress as much as possible.
