Early time of year on the pill?
Answers: keep taking it regularly. it should clear up in your subsequent cycle. use back up birth control though like a condom.
That bedside light period you got is call spotting and is normal if you aren't remembering to take your pills regularly. It's also ordinary to have spotting if you have purely started or changed birth control.
You should just continue taking your pills at alike time everyday. Get back on a regular schedule and only just really try hard to make it cog of your daily routine. I set a daily alarm on my phone to budge off at 10 p.m. every night so I can remember. Also, if you're sexually alive, make sure you're using a condom for another week or so until you start taking your pills every day at impossible to tell apart time. If you rely only on the pills as your birth control but you keep forgetting to whip them, you could increase your chances of having an unwanted surprise something like 9 months from now.
If remembering is really hard for you and you can't appear to get it into your regular routine, you might want to consider other birth controls, such as a shot that you can take every 4 months or something similar to that. Talk to your doctor about options..
I would throw out the pack, dawdle 7 days, and start over. Yes it sounds like you screwed it up pretty good. You are supposed to throw out the pack, dawdle 7 days and start over if you miss several days in a row for some reason. That is essentially what you hold done only worse cause you kept doubling up and throwing your hormones into a roller coaster.
When you start over near a new pack (do NOT take the pills from the ripened pack) you need to find a way to appropriate them consistently. Do you have contacts? I always put mine on my contact grip so when I wake up and put my contacts in I also pause up grabbing the birth control. Otherwise try putting them next to your toothbrush to pilfer when you brush your teeth or next to your cell phone so when you grab it within the morning you grab the pills too. Its important to be consistent beside them if you want them to wrk correctly..
you shouldn't stop, just continue taking it regularly and it will eventually start to even out.
