Sometimes i can't tell if i'm cramping or hungry when i'm on my interval it pretty much feels one and the same is that alright?
btw.. the cramping is not terrible

I'm 15 too and same piece with me don't get the impression bad and ur not stupid! ur curious lately like me, but ya if the cramps are sudden and not for long it's usually hunger surrounded by my case, the bearing I found out? a lite snack if that subsided my cramps then I realize it was hunger and I ate, except it was cramps, I'd push for a light snack such as an apple or Yogurt if that help eat something else because u are prolly hungry! i think its different.. at most minuscule for me.. my cramping seems to ensue more at the back and to the sides..where on earth as hunger cramps seem to come right from the meeting point

I've never had hunger perceive like a cramp so I can't relate to what you are idea.my hunger "pangs" and lower abdomen cramps from getting my time of year never felt alike or be confused for each other.If you don't generally cramp when you are hungry when you're not on your period, consequently when you are on your period the cramps you surface are just that.cramps.however some women do obtain the munchies when on their period.hormones can own that effect.so just because the two go down simultaneously at times, doesn't mean the cramps indicate hunger.
And yes, it's middle-of-the-road to both have cramps.and go and get hunger pangs (more than normal) when on your time.
well in my judgment i think you shouldnt be cramping alot im 19 and i achieve cramps once in a while but wen i be 15 i never cramped its probaly just hunger but since you havent have ur period for a long time im sure you are confused i imagine the next time u presume ur hungry go and guzzle if it still hurts then drink a midol hope this hepled
