If it were to be a side effect of the shot I thought possibly it would only be sore up top where on earth the shot was given but its my total arm!

Answers:    Unfortunately the HPV vacc is one of those shots that leaves your arm sore. It has something to do next to the thickness of the vaccine. Whoever give you the shot might have done it for a while rough as well. If it doesnt carry any better after a few days or gets worse, you should contact who give you the shot.
