<<GIRLS ONLY>> Am I close?

I have already had a year of discharge, I have 34B's, I enjoy all that hair that there could possibly be, I'm not super high-ceilinged, but neither was my mom. I'm not sure when my mom had her's, but everyone agrees that I take after my aunt, who i muse had her's around my age.
My question is, "Do you think I might be close to have my period?"
And if so, "What should I do to take precautions? Are there any things I should do, or use, one that school is just around the corner?"

You could be close. If you don't get it by the time you're 16 or 17, jump to the doctor because something could be wrong.
It seems likely to me that you'll get it this year. Don't verbs about school tooo much, usually your first period will be moderately light. Just in case, though, bring some pad in your purse/backpack every where you go. If you're comfortable beside tampons bring some too, but bring a pad as a back up. My mom got me a crust that looks like a case for eye glasses that I can fur my tampies in. And always wear panties so you have a sort of wager on up against staining your pants!
On that note, you might want to keep a spare revise of underwear in your purse, too, and if you have a locker keep a set of two of jeans or sweatpants in it.
