Why am I getting hold of instead of losing

I have bin walking the track for an hour four or five times a week and am gaining immensity instead of losing weight, not very motavating

Answers:    you are probably growing i gain 20 pounds in one month but also grew a foot :P.
what alot of people don't realize is after you are losing stout you gain more muscle in turn it will appear you are gaining weigh.plump is much lighter then muscle.Please don't be discourage keep at it and you may see you turn up a few more ponds but you should noticed that you are getting smaller though.Look at it like this you are getting stronger count the muscle weigh on.
you must be gaining muscle
dont worry you will still lose and burn flab
but you just gain muscle
thats what happened to my friend, her dad go on a diet and lost inches! but no weight.he just gain muscle!

How much water are you drinking? What is your brackish intake? Drink at least 8 glasses of hose down a day and limit your brackish, it makes you retain water. ably you are probably gaining muscle and that's ok cause it doesn't concern how much you weigh it matters how you look!! .
