If your pressing strong enough your pushing on your bladder which is what is causing the "i own to pee". The umbilical cord is only of use when you are in your mother's uterus contained by order for you to get nutrients. Your belly button is merely there because of the umbilical cord. i feel like peas in a pod thing but its not a have to pee sensation its more of a prickley attitude on my clit..idk how else to explain it..
