Terrible cramps, Help!?!
Answers: Extreme cramps can be a sign of a more serious problem, and you should pay close attention to them. If they get unspeakable, talk to your doctor. For dealing with the cramps, home remedies are certainly more effective than medicinal remedies, and far healthier. Heat is your best weapon against cramps. Try taking a hot hip bath (as hot as you can tolerate), and also invest in a heating wad. If you use a heating pad, cover it near a towel and lie down on it in bed. There are some risks of fire involved (this isn't plausible, but you do need to be aware of it), but you can sleep on it if need be. My ex wife used heat pads for both menstrual cramps and stomach cramps with impressively good results. Since heat is not a medication, you can use it as habitually as you want without any side effects.
