A lot of people that are not a healthy counterweight are walking in their spare time. This leads to running. When you are a wholesome weight you could do alot of things. That is wear sexy clothes, and attract all the friends you want. This obviously leads to sex with any man YOU want. Not a short time ago violent ones. Being fit and pretty is not easy. But ask someone who is surrounded by shape if you dont trust me. They go through hell to keep their bodies clean.
