Answers:    Hot water can zap your energy, especially if you didn't drink adequate liquids recently or guzzle enough. Be sure to not stay in hot hose tooooo long. Also try to eat healthy, drink adequate water, juices, soda, etc, and take some exercise each day. If you still discern this way after a few days, see a doctor to make sure everything is ok. .
Hot showers, or sitting within a hot tub, for too long can make you feel dizzy similar to that. Make the showers a little less hot, or shorten down time you spend in there.

When be the last time you ate healthy food? If your blood sugar is low, that could story for the dizziness.

Is it really hot out? Have you been drinking enough sea? You may be dehydrated.

It doesn't sound serious, but if it keep happening, get contained by to a doctor to get it checked out..
sounds almost like you haven't be eating but if that is not the overnight case then you need to see a doctor, your body could own problems regulating your blood sugar. I did that when I was pregnant..Maybe you're just getting too hot though. Don't help yourself to such a hot shower. Go see a doctor if it continues!.
maybe youre not eating right. put away a multivitamin
