I'm 14 and have had my interval 4 about 2 years or so, I've never used a tampon b4, but i ride horses and swim so i need some 4 when I show and swim. Whats a perfect tampon that works really well, and doesnt really hurt to put in?Does it hurt to put surrounded by the 1st time?

Try Tampax Pearl. Most tampons won't hurt to put in the first time if you take your time and read and take the instructions that come with every box. If you put it in correctly, you shouldn't perceive anything. Once you get the hang of using them, you will never want to use pad again.

My favorite tampon is definately Tampax Compax. They are really easy to hide contained by your purse or if you put it in your pocket it looks like a tube of chapstick. It didn't hurt the first time i used one, freshly read the directions in the tampon box and follow them carefully. It of late feels a little strange because it's clean to you. Good luck!!
