What organs do they cart out during a c-section?

A friend told me that during a C-Section, they have to remove a woman's organs, move them around to get to the babe-in-arms, and then put them back surrounded by. Is this true?

If so, what organs do they take out (and place back in) during a c-section?

Answers:    Your friend have gotten the wrong information dear. When you deliver a baby by c-section, they open the abdominal wall muscle and the uterus beside the baby is right there. By the inherent space occupying nature of the pregnant uterus, adjectives of your internal organs are already shifted out of the way. Hope this helps you consistency better:).
thats not true at all NONE, they cut open lift the baby out, stitch u back up
