My extent started concluding darkness until that time I go to bed (just a little), but it stopped completely? What's wrong?

My period started last hours of darkness before I went to bed, but it be very light. I didn't have a feeling any cramping at all, usually I have cramps 2 or 3 days beforehand my period so I already thought that was strange.

But later I woke up and my period has similar to stopped completely. I saw one tiny tiny light spot on tissue when i used the restroom.

This has never happen before and I'm a little freaked out.

I'm 22, and I've have my period for 13 years now, so I figure by now my body would keep a steady outline. Once or twice I've had heavy flow or really discouraging cramps.

I'm just freaked out, I'd appreciate any advice you can proposition.

Answers:    You're probably just spotting. That's completely normal. I spotted once a few months ago, and I have never spotted before that. It happens. Remember that stress, diet, and a few other factors also affect your period. You're probably fine..
I know this seem simple, but you don't normally bleed very much at darkness because you're lying down. Standing is when you bleed more, and if it had just just started, then going to bed could have slowed it down that much. You're lucky to enjoy regular periods, but many different factor can affect your period, like convert in diet, stress, etc. have you have sex a couple days ago or even today..
